We don't expect you to commit a reporting budget
without an estimate of the value you'll gain from its results. That's
why we will always estimate the value or benefit you'll receive from
your project. For example, benefits might include
- cutting thousands of pounds from your fuel
costs
- identifying ten customers with opportunities
to upgrade obsolete equipment
- cutting 20% of waste from a direct marketing
list
- finding 10 customers whose service contracts
expired before 2001 and have never renewed
- revealing that next month's forecasted sales
are all for low-margin items.

You don't pay for our desks, computers, holidays
or to maintain our own skills. So our prices are often lower than the
true cost of your internally written reports. When you request a report
from your own IT department you either pay directly through an internal
charge or because time is diverted from another important project.

Whenever possible we will give you a fixed price
before starting the work. In other words, provided you have accurately
described the project we take the risk.
Our prices include...
- our travel costs to your site
- our telecommunications and computing costs
- our thinking and planning time
- the time spent at your site connecting to your
data and designing the final report
- report testing and validation.
