To record our interactions with you we'll use our own CRM application. Like that nothing gets forgotten. If you wish we will send you regular reports about our work and communications.

Who you see is who you get!

We execute your project work ourselves. The consultant you talk to or meet will deliver your reports, consultancy or training. It doesn't go to another company or a student. If we recommend sharing your project with one of our partners we'll always inform you and let you contribute to the decision.

Report maintenance.

We will offer to maintain your reports. Which will include correcting unintentional changes by your staff, server moves and upgrades, addition of charts, minor extensions to functionality, etc.
